What we do with your information

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to send you a design, we never sell it, and we delete your photos when the job is done.

What we collect

• Your design. The materials you pick. This lives in the page URL, so it is only ever stored if you send it to us.
• Contact details you type into the form: name, email, and optionally phone, ZIP code and any notes.
• A photo of your bathroom, if you choose to add one. This is optional — the rest of the tool works without it.

What happens to your photo

Your browser resizes the photo and strips its metadata before it ever leaves your device. That matters: phones tag photos with the GPS coordinates of where they were taken, and this removes them, so we never receive the location of your home.

We use the photo for one thing — producing the visuals you asked for. We do not publish it, and we do not use it as an example anywhere without asking you first. We delete photos within 90 days of finishing your design.

How the visuals are made

Renders of your room are produced with AI image generation, using your photo and photographs of the real products you selected. They are a visualisation, not a photograph and not a survey. Materials, colours, lighting and proportions are indicative. Always confirm a selection against a physical sample before anything is ordered or installed.

How we measure the site

We count what happens here, so we can tell whether the site actually works: a page being opened, a design being started, a design being shared, an enquiry being sent, and a checkout being opened. Each record holds a random number for your browser tab, which page it was, the name of the site you arrived from — the name only, never the full address you came from — and any campaign tag on the link you clicked.

There are no cookies, and no third-party trackers. Nothing in it identifies you, and none of it is joined to your enquiry, your photo or your payment. The random tab number is forgotten the moment you close the tab. Our hosting provider also counts visits in aggregate.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not pass your details to contractors or retailers without asking you.
• We do not run third-party advertising or social-media trackers on this site, and we do not build a profile of you across other websites.

Your choices

Email us and we will send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it — including your photos. No reason needed.

Payments

Paid orders are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and are never seen or stored by us. Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded and which design it was for, nothing more.

Terms, briefly

• The design tool is free to use, and the design you make is yours.
• We do not supply, sell or install any of the materials shown. Availability and pricing are set by whoever you buy from.
• Product names, sizes and images are shown in good faith but can change without notice. Confirm current specification before ordering.
• We are not builders and do not provide construction, structural, plumbing or electrical advice. A design is not a substitute for a contractor's assessment.
• If a paid visual isn't what you hoped for, tell us and we will refund it.
